Why Not just Join a Gym Or Hire a Personal Trainer?
First Off, We LOVE Gym’s & Personal Trainers, and we Love having them in our Groups! But the good ones cater to one or two specific types of clients, think bodybuilding, silver sneakers, kickboxing, yoga & so on…they are all great, for the right people. We want our groups filled with all kinds of people, of different ages and fitness levels, with their own Health & Fitness goals & we wanted to build an ecosystem where they can all meet their needs.
So “Energy” is just Part of Our Solution.

When it's open were signing up new clients and when it's close we can spend our time insureing that everyone gets off on the right track & gets their membership site up and running. We take onboarding very seriously (and teach that as well) and the process takes about 3 weeks.
Short answer = we time block what's important. Longer answer = It is a lot of work and a lot of it is hard, and we know that a lot of people are going to be unwilling to do it. So we want to be clear & upfront, that we're not going to be sending out any EASY buttons....BUT....like any good business, we want happy customers & we want them to succeed with our products and services. So if you are committed to trying, to being more & doing more, so you can close that gap between who you are actually being today and who you are capable of being...we will move heaven & earth and do anything we can to help you on your journey.
short answer = No Requirements. The longer answer = Knowing that people join because they WANT to and have a desired outcome in mind, which usually boils down to something like "I want to get in shape and grow my business or help someone else do those things" we just empower & encourage our members to work towards their lofty goals, to do their best to stay engaged & be generous givers of their time & knowledge so that we can all grow-forward-faster, Together.
Yes & No...we do believe that "the riches are in the niches" and we teach & preach that to our members, so we don't like the one size fits all models. While it may seem that because we have so many health & wellness options and diverse ways of engaging & interacting with others...(which we do)...that we suffer from a highly contagious case of scatterbrain, in truth our mission is laser-focused = Helping our Members bring more energy & passion to their lives and businesses, which we believe will lead to happily progressing and a bunch of high energy, fun people to be around. We just try and help them SEE where they want to end up and give them many paths & options to get there.
Absolutely! Everything is voluntary & self-paced, so find a few things that excite you & get busy with it. We want all people of all ages and fitness levels to be & feel welcome & engaged. The goal is getting better & moving forward toward YOUR goals...whatever they may be.
Yes, while we suggest that most people only use ClickFunnels to run your company, we also know that some of you have your own favorite tools you've used in the past, so we integrate with most of the top service providers to make your funnel building process even more fun!
No, we are not. Please speak with your doctor, psychiatrist, business & or financial advisors or whichever professional advisor you think appropriate to see whether or not any of the activities or events we promote are right for you. Everything is Voluntary and at your own risk. We might have members or be able to refer people that are qualified to offer advice on some of these specific topics, ask or seek them out if you wish.
In Angela Duckworth's great book "Grit", she says that effort counts twice, Tallent X Effort = Skill & then Skill x Effort = Achievement...and we agree with her. So along with our Gritty members, we tie energy & effort together and try and compound them...which is good for everything, including business.
Kinda like the seed of a tree = I did a deal with Bob, and he recommended me to his Mom & his brother & I helped both of them and profusely thanked them all, especially Bob for the referrals. Then we became friends and I worked my ass off to teat them right & over the years I did thirty deals with their friends and family and that "tree"...all leading back to Bob (the seed:)
Social members can attend all of the health & wellness events & most of the other "do together" types of activities we offer. Some of the Business training & development classes & some of the business networking meetings are designed just for business members. All of them are clearly marked in the calendar.
The first step is to find new customers. Then we need to get them to buy our goods or services for the first time. Then we need to get them to buy more or do more repeat business with us. Then we need to get them to refer business to us. The final step is to turn that buyer and those referrals into a Compound referral Tree. That's the short answer and does not take into consideration...being good (or the very fricken best) at what you do, continually meeting their needs & earning their business & referrals & doing that over the lifetime of the relationship, which takes a lot of work...but...if done the right way will produce a lot of happy people and healthy business.
I'm more of an introvert and don't really like networking or selling. Contrary to what you may think or have experienced, Networking doesn't have to be a contact sport. Just listen and watch for a while and eventually you'll connect with one person(who's probably a lot like you) and talk to them. We have some really cool prompts to help with this. Change your thinking & realize that Selling is Serving and that if you really want to help people you need to SERVE them.

I'm not very good at follow-up or getting referrals. In most cases, we can help you get better at that & the better you get, the more results you will get. A lot of times it's just about getting better and having more confidence in yourself and your product or service. If you are not over the top 100% convinced and excited about what you have....no one else will be either.
